Mainstay was started in 2000 with one hardworking employee and one trusting customer. Almost
two decades later, we’ve grown into a company that boasts more than 50 employees and services
the metal component demand of many manufacturers—in Indiana and beyond.
Since the beginning, one thing hasn’t changed: our mission. The Mainstay team finds solutions through the cumulative effect of small improvements and flexible internal efficiencies to increase value and build partnerships. At Mainstay, we know that building reliable external partnerships depends upon having a solid internal foundation. That’s why we’ve strived to build an organization that, above all else, provides for its employees and produces a material difference in our community.
