Mainstay utilizes the most effective production welding methods, including those listed here:

MIG (metal inert gas) welding is the most typical industrial welding process, favored for its adaptability, speed and the relative ease of adjusting the operation to robotic automation.

TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding is most commonly used to weld thin sections of stainless steel and nonferrous metals such as aluminum, magnesium and copper alloys. The process allows the operator better control over the weld than battling processes, such as shielded metal arc welding and gas metal arc welding. This makes for stronger, higher quality welds.

Resistance welding is referred to as spot and seam welding. It is produced by the electrical resistance of material as well as the time and the force used to hold the materials together while welding.
