Who We Are

Mainstay began in 2000 to achieve two goals. First, to fill the metal component demand of Indiana manufacturers through a strong partnership rather than being just another vendor. Second, to build an organization that would provide for its employees and community. Mainstay started with one employee and one customer. It has grown into an organization with more than 30 employees and serves many relationships every year.


The Mainstay team will find solutions through the cumulative effect of small improvements and flexible internal efficiencies to increase value and build partnerships.
